1. GENERAL

All goods remain the property of German Swedish & French until payment has been received in full.

2. SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS.

All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Shortages or damaged items must be reported with 24 hours.

3. RETURNS

Items being returned for credit must be received within 5 days of purchase, accompanied by the relevent invoice.

4. ELECTRICAL UNITS

Electrical units cannot be returned for credit if they have been fitted.

5. RETURNED PARTS

Parts returned for credit must be in resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Items fitted cannot be refunded if correctly supplied.

6. SURCHARGES

Surcharges must be paid on purchase of all exhange units. The surcharge will then be credited when the old unit has been returned and has passed through our returns department.

7. EXCHANGE UNITS

Exchange units cannot be refunded if German Swedish & French consider the part to be in unserviceable condition.

8. CHANGES TO PRICE OR ALTERATIONS

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on this Website and in our catalogues is correct at the time of writing, product improvements or price alterations may occur during the lifespan of the website or catalogue.

9. QUALITY

Occasionally we may substitute with a different quality but this is rare.

10. SUITABILITY OF PARTS

It is the responsiblity of the purchaser to assure himself that the parts supplied are suitable and correct for the application involved.

11. GSF STOCKING POLICY

We sell parts that are generally known as replacement parts.

These can be-

1) Manufactured by or on behalf of the car maker (common word "Genuine") and carry the manufacturer's logo

2) Manufactured by a supplier that supplies the car maker (common term "Original") and carry the manufacturer's logo

3) Manufactured by a supplier who does not supply the car maker.
